FESTIVE SUMMER INSPIRED PRODUCTS FROM Q+A

Even though there is lots of festive excitement around at the moment, I’m still finding myself missing the summer months. The cold weather and central heating can take its toll on our skin. I don’t know about you but my skin is so dry at the moment. If yours is the same… let’s forget that it’s winter and treat our skin to a selection of summer inspired products.
This will not only boost your mood but will give your skin that summery glow! (Which is kind of what we all need at the moment!)
When Q + A kindly gifted me a box of summer themed goodies I just had to write a summer themed post, about products that can be used at any time of the year!!
If you are unfamiliar with Q+A Skincare, let me just give you a little rundown. Q+A Skincare are UK-based skincare range, which includes Serums, Eye creams, Toners, Moisturisers and Cleansers only using 98% natural and clean ingredients using COSMOS certified suppliers. The products are produced in Norfolk, UK and developed by Ellipsis Brands, a family-run company since 2013.
None of the Q+A products have been tested on animals and have never been or will be and all products are vegan-friendly. (Except for the moisturisers that contain beeswax). So what are these exciting products. Well I have three to talk about. Two of which are brand new to me and I am excited to try out for you. One I have already tried earlier in the year and I completely love.
First of all I love the packaging. It’s all bright yellow colours and looks very inviting and summery. I know it’s the product inside that counts but I’m a sucker for nice packaging and this bright range is not wasted on me!!
Grapefruit Cleansing Balm £9.00
Who doesn’t like the smell of Grapefruit! This to me smells amazing! Very summer inspired!
This Cleansing Balm is an 100% Natural Formula including Grapefruit, Cocoa Butter and Squalane and Melts away your makeup instantly.
It’s suitable for all skin types except for sensitive skins. It's gentle and leaves my skin clean and soft as well as smelling amazing! It’s one of those scents that really wakes you up!. I love the fact that this removes all my makeup without making my skin irritated or dry at all. Saying this I would definitely use this first thing in a morning as well as it leaves your skin feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I would rather use a cleansing balm than a regular makeup remover or micellar water on a cotton pad because I feel I get a better result. Saying this I have been known to use both so it just depends on my skin at the time. AVAILABLE HERE!

Ceramide Barrier Defence Face Cream £12.00
This face cream is lovely if you want an instant pick me up. This lovely face cream contains 97.9% Natural Formula With Pineapple Ceramide, Pro-Vitamin E and Squalane. It’s naturally repairing and nourishing and even though the cream itself is quite thick it absorbs into the skin amazingly
It comes in a cute jar and doesn’t really have a scent to it even though it does contain pineapple.
It’s suitable to use on all skin types and helps with Anti-aging, Brightening, Hydrating, Soothing and Skin Firmness. You only need the smallest of amounts and it leaves your skin feeling amazing and so soft the next morning. I would definitely recommend if you need a little summer pick me up in the winter months! So last but most definitely not least is the product that I have tried before.
Vitamin C Brightening Serum £9.00
If your skin is looking a little on the dull side this is the serum for you. In fact this is my new favourite serum!!
This is the ideal serum to help brighten and refresh your skin with this antioxidant-rich and hydrating hybrid serum. It’s a 98.6% Natural Formula that contains Vitamin C, Volcanic Soil and Hyaluronic Acid. This one is a unique formula and is lightweight and fast-absorbing but still provides the hydration you'd expect from your favourite daily moisturiser. The Vitamin C (also known as an anti-ageing powerhouse) is encapsulated in a blend of Volcanic Soil and Hyaluronic Acid, making it super effective against dull and ageing skin, which is one of my skin concerns. So I’m not going to lie..I absolutely love this serum and would recommend it to everyone!! I love the fact that it comes in a little pump action bottle. This makes it pump out the correct amount. So no wasted product. It’s a creamy, milky consistency so it’s not oily or sticky at all like some serums can be. It soaks right into the skin and makes your skin look amazing! I have been using this product everyday for a couple of weeks and love how bright it makes my skin look. I thought this product might help fade my age spots and it really does do the job perfectly.
I love how wonderful all three of these products leave my skin feeling and I would definitely buy any of these in the future.
