So when the lovely people at HAIRBURST offered to gift me some products to try I thought they might be the answer to all my hair problems.
I have used hair vitamins in the past and they really work, but for me as soon as you stop using them and then go to style or dye your hair the damage returns.
                                                
So what is Hairburst?
Originally branded as HairVits, Hairburst is a natural health supplement that claims to provide a safe, essential mix of nutrients that can nourish your hair from within. This improves the health of your hair, it’s elasticity and growth speed. As well as increasing strength and stopping breakage.
Hairburst believe that gorgeous hair starts from within and the range helps to combat the daily damage that we do to our hair.
Even with the best intentions, we are all guilty of committing hair sins. For me it’s chemicals but I must admit to use heat as well. But it could be heat, chemicals, excessive drying, ageing or genetics that can really damage your hair.
                                                
First of all can we just appreciate the packaging. It’s so pretty and when I received the parcel even the delivery man driver said “what a beautiful box”. Packaging isn’t wasted on me and I completely love this brands.

The Unicorn Vitamin Hair Vitamins not only taste great they provide you with the essential vitamins and minerals to maintain your healthy hair. These vitamins are easy to take (2 Raspberry flavoured chewy Unicorn shaped!!!  vitamins) and are suitable for vegan diets as well as people who find it hard to swallow tablets or capsules.

The HAIRBURST UNICORN VEGAN HAIR VITAMINS are scientifically formulated using a premium blend of vitamins and minerals.
 These include.
SELENIUM- which can help prevent a dry scalp and dandruff.
ZINC- this helps strengthen the hair follicles.
VITAMINS A,C & E.
BIOTIN- this may help to increase the keratin production in your body.
These all contribute to the maintenance of healthy hair.
                                                
So how did I find taking the vitamins?
Very easy! They taste so yummy and look so cute.  I could have easily taken more. It helped that I love the taste of them. You get one months supply in the jar of 60 vitamins and I can’t wait to finish the month and see what my hairs like then.

So as well as the lovely vitamins I was sent a gorgeous SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER SET. The set includes a Shampoo and Conditioner that you use along side the vitamins. The whole package when used together will give you the maximum growth results in minimal time.
                                             
So what does the Shampoo and Conditioner include.
The Hairburst shampoo and Conditioner is specially formulated to give optimum results whilst washing. The range is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Paraben free and is super safe to use everyday.

So what are the ingredients?
The Shampoo and Conditioner contains
PANTHENOL - this retains water to improve the appearance and feel of the hair.
HYDROLYSED WHEAT PROTEIN- this helps the appearance of your hair by bringing together split ends.
AMINO ACIDS- this helps to promote healthy hair by attracting moisture to damaged hair that has happened from heat or styling.
COCONUT AND AVOCADO- to make your hair smell great and boost your mood.

So how did I find the shampoo and conditioner? .
The scent of the shampoo and conditioner is very light. I probably would have liked the scent to be stronger but I know the fact it’s light and not too overpowering will appeal to a lot of people who don’t like overpowering scents. The light scent still smells nice though, making it a lush product to use.
The shampoo does lather up nicely and the conditioner goes though your hair easily. It’s so creamy. After using both products my hair was super soft and shiny and I was very impressed with how well the products worked together as a whole. After one wash the shampoo and conditioner seemed to have worked a little bit of magic and I can’t wait to see what continued use of both these products will make to the condition of my hair.

It’s also worth pointing out that the Hairburst range says it’s not suitable for hair loss and only works its magic on your existing hair making it grow as fast as possible. Saying that the products have lots of good reviews online talking about the benefits of regrowth from post partum hair loss. I haven’t recently had a baby but if you have or are suffering from this, this may be the product range  for you!

Another thing worth pointing out that within the week I have been taking the vitamins my eyebrows do seem to be growing. I over plucked a few years back and they never really grew again but within the last week I can see more little fine hairs around my brow area. I’m not sure if this is a direct result of the vitamins but thought it was worth mentioning just in case.
                                                  
I can’t wait to keep on using these fantastic products over the next few weeks to see what my hair ( and brows)  looks like.
