Contains Gifted Items As Part Of The Nivea Family
Nivea has always had a special place in my heart. I think every bathroom cupboard throughout my childhood (family and friends houses) had a staple blue jar of Nivea in. It’s such an iconic, nostalgic scent and reminds me of happy times as a child.
Nivea as a brand have been running for over 100 years with the very first Nivea tin produced in 1911 and since then the brand have come a very long way.
So what is the Nivea Family.
The Nivea family is a friendly and engaging community that offers lots of helpful advice and beauty hacks from smaller bloggers like myself. They have a Facebook group (which is something that I’m new too as I’ve never really bothered with Facebook before !) and a hashtag on Instagram which I am following as love looking at other bloggers views on products that I might have not necessarily tried out for myself.
Being a member of the family means I get to try out exciting products to review. So I thought I would review some of the products for you in a little post and show if I think they are worth buying or not.
So I have been kindly gifted a welcome pack which I am super grateful for. I did a post a few weeks back about the skincare and I thought I would follow that post with one about bodycare. Which if you can guess by the title is this one.

One of my New Year Resolutions for 2021 is to look after myself a bit more. As a Mum I think it’s so hard for us to get just a minute to ourselves and it’s so hard to admit that just an hour or so alone can feel wonderful. I make a point of getting up early just so I can have that first cup of tea in the morning alone before the household wake up just to experience a little bit of calm before the day ahead. I’m not really a night person so this works well for me.
So with my making time for myself resolution firmly in place I really wanted to share with you guys some products I’ve been loving and using from Nivea some as part of the Nivea family and one that I use on the daily that I’ve bought myself.

I am a big fan of Nivea body lotions and have been a fan of the Cherry Blossom & Jojoba Oil for ages. This Nivea Coconut and Monoi oil body lotion has an amazing Tropical coconut scent and like the other scents in the range is a fast absorbing lotion. The product comes in a 400ml pump bottle and a little goes a very long way. It leaves a lovely tropical scent on your body and would work perfectly in the summer months.
So my favourite shower cream of the moment is the Nivea Refreshing Shower fresh blends with apricot, mango and rice milk.
Firstly the packaging is super cute and it’s made from 100% recycled plastic. It contains naturally derived ingredients such as fruit extracts and plant based milk and leaves your skin soft, supple and smelling great. The product has a 98% biodegradable vegan formula and offers joy to your skin as well.
Every good self care routine contains a hand cream and the Nivea 3 in 1 Anti Age Q10 hand cream is perfect.
This 100ml tube contains Q10 and UV filters and is Anti Wrinkle, it smoothes skin and prevents age spots. It’s suitable for normal to dry hands and provides Nivea’s 24hr protective care.

It’s perfect for dry hands with it being the colder months and using lots of hand sanitiser that can be really drying to our hands. It soaks in perfectly without leaving a residue and leaves your hands feeling super soft.
The last item that I was gifted in my welcome pack but definitely not least is the Nivea Hand Cleansing Sanitiser Spray. This is a caring spray with Anti bacterial effect. It’s contains fragrance free ethanol and has a Glycerin formula. It’s super easy to use and I love the fact that you can spray door handles and shopping trolleys without getting in a mess. You get 55ml of product so it’s easy and lightweight to carry around with you. Perfect for your handbag.

My last product I want to talk to you about is something that I am obsessed with and wasn’t gifted... A few months ago I tried the NIVEA GLOW CLEANSING MOUSSE. This is a new product from Nivea and I believe is exclusively available from Superdrug.
I am onto my second bottle now as I have gone on to repurchase another one because I loved it so much. I love the smell of Nivea products and this one is no different. It cleans your face so well and removes every last bit of makeup easily. It contains Almond oil so doesn’t dry your face out either. It’s on offer as well in Superdrug so if you fancy giving it a try it won’t cost you the earth, only £4.95 on a buy one get one half price.
If you have tried out any of the products I would love to know.
Do you love the Nivea brand as much as me!

Until next time
