ARK SKINCARE BEAUTY SHORTLIST AWARD WINNERS FOR 2022

I have written quite a few posts previously talking about the brand and I have since included a few products into my day to day skincare routine as I enjoyed using them so much.
So if you haven’t heard of ARK before, or just want a recap, let me tell you a bit about the brand and what they have to offer.
ARK Skincare is an award winning skincare brand that uses bio active ingredients that contain highly effective antioxidants, lipids and vitamins.
The age specific products ensure you have the right formula of product according to the age of your skin for example young skin needs protecting and mature skin needs higher level of nourishment.
So it comes as no surprise to me that the brand have recently won not just 1 but 6 beauty awards in the hugely respected Beauty Shortlist Awards for 2022. The entries have been independently tried and tested and globally recognised as the best in class and with this in mind I thought I would take this opportunity with you to share with you all the winners.
So which products are the winners.

So I’ve been lucky enough to be kindly gifted a couple of these awarding winning products to try out.
The ARK Skincare Age Defy Brightening Cleanser is the best cleanser to use in your 50s and is a for more mature skin. Now I know I’m not in my 50s but I do suffer from pigmentation and soften lines and this cleanser is ideal for those skin concerns.
I love how this kept my skin feeling smooth and hydrated and actually gave my skin a little bit of a glow. It’s perfect at removing eye makeup and leaves your face feeling fresh and clean.
It contains Apricot Kernel Oil moisturiser and nourishes mature, dry, sensitive skin.
Vitamin C and Red Algae that help reduce pigmentation or age spots and brighten the skin.
Blackcurrant and Starflower Oil that are rich in fatty acids strengthen skin and boost moisture retention.
Goji that provides protecting, detoxifying and rejuvenating properties particularly suited to mature skins and is a cleanser that I would recommend even if your not in your 50s as I find that it has really helped mine a lot. Another plus point for this product is that it smells lovely. Not at all over the top. It’s just a lovely fresh beautiful fragrance that Ark Skincare seem to do brilliantly with their products.
So now onto the other product which is the Detoxifying Clay Mask.
So I’m going to be honest I don’t usually like using clay masks. I find them to be messy and go everything except on my face but this one is different as it feels like a mixture of clay and a cream with a texture that I really enjoyed.
The jar comes with a little spatula for application (but you can use your fingers) which I really loved and formulated to target inflammation and blemishes whilst absorbing excess oils.
It goes onto the face beautifully and feels so comfortable to wear.
It contains Pollustop® loosens adhered pollution particles, so they are rinsed away when the masque is rinsed off leaving you with beautiful clean skin.
It also contains Kaolin and Bentonite Clays that work together to absorb excess oils and draw out further impurities to purify the skin.
As well as this it contains White Tea that acts as a powerful antioxidant and astringent and together with the added Wild Water Mint tightens skin alongside Vitamin A that works as a free radical scavenger and
Vitamin C to brightens skin. Vitamin E is a natural skin conditioner and antioxidant.
I found this product to really help my skin. I used this in the evening and left it on for 10 mins until it had dried. It is then to be removed with warm water and a damp cloth. I found the next day my face looked so much more clearer. My makeup sat better on my face and I didn’t have the shine that I usually have by dinner time. Would definitely repurchase just for this fact alone as well as the other benefits that this product has to offer.
