JUNOCO JUNOSKIN “THE ULTIMATE CLEANSE SET”

If you have followed me for a while you may know I love a double cleanse. This is due to a couple of reasons. The first is because I feel like my skin needs it because of a build up of all the skin products that I use in the day and secondly because I never trust my first cleanse to remove all my makeup away the first time.

So.. Recently I was kindly gifted JUNOCO The Ultimate Cleanse set which includes everything you are going to need for a full double cleanse.

If you have never heard of the brand before JUNOCO are based in North California and develop fresh and innovative products with eternal sunshine and everyday luxury in mind.

All the products are super powered and clean and contain superfoods to help bring out your natural glow!

So into the products.. The set contains three products. This includes Clean 10 Cleansing Balm, Cleansing Powder and the Cleansing Cookie. These three products can be purchased separately but for the best value are available together as a bundle.

In this blogpost I thought I would give you a little rundown of all three products and if I think they are any good.

So first of all I’m going to talk about my favourite product in the range. This is the Clean 10 cleansing balm. This is a unique oil-based cleanser made for all skin types to effortlessly remove impurities and dissolves your makeup (Even waterproof mascara, Which I can confirm that it really does!)

The cleansing balm only has 10 ingredients hence the name! The main ingredient is Japanese Barley. This particular ingredient is a source of vitamins and antioxidants in order to help regulate the skin's melanin production. This includes brightening the skin's complexion and reducing dark spots.

The Cleansing balm deeply cleanses the skin without stripping any of your natural oils or adding any extra oily residue to your skin and is perfect for a first cleanse. The cleansing balm emulsifies to milk with water and is absolutely gorgeous to use. Not only is it lovely to use but smells amazing. (If you love oranges you are going to love this!) The balm is none greasy and is comfortable to use. This is important to me as I hate using cleansers that sting your eyes. I have to admit I preferred using this at night but there are no rules it just works better for me and allows me to remove my dirt, grime, and product residue that was missed during the first cleanse.

You can either apply it with your fingers or use the The CLEANSING COOKIE £7.00. This works alongside the balm at effortlessly and sustainably removing your makeup. What I like about this pad is that it’s super soft and all you need is a splash of water and the Clean 10 cleansing balm and you are good to go. The pad is so soft and feels really nice around the contours of your face(especially around the eye area) It comes in two different shades either white or baby blue. So now onto the second cleanse. This is the

Clarifying Cleansing Powder £15.00 and is for the ultimate double cleanse.

This is not like a regular facial cleanser and I love the fact that this isn’t a lotion or cream, it’s a powder that works when you add water. This is made with antioxidant rich rice extract. As well as Hyaluronic Acid to gently exfoliate and hydrate to leave your skin looking brighter, plumper and more youthful. The powder to foam formula delivers intense hydration and protection, while papaya enzymes and rice powder gently exfoliate away your dead skin cells.

You only need half a teaspoon of powder and rub it into wet hands to create a soapy lather.

It feels like a luxury and foams to a really lovely lather. The product doesn’t really have any scent and dissolves pretty much straight away without any grittiness. This leaves you with an amazing super, clean base ready to follow on with your favourite serums, moisturiser, and SPF. CLICK HERE TO BUY!
