Bring the spa home with the Pixi Beauty Collagen In-Shower Steam Facial

If you have followed me for a while you might know that going on a Spa day isn’t my idea of fun. I’m just not a Spa kind of girl. I do however love the ideal of beauty treatments in the comfort of your own home, without even leaving the house.
If you are anything like me and want to bring the spa experience home with you then you are going to love this!
You guys know how much I enjoy a Pixi skincare product and the brand new Pixi Beauty Collagen In-Shower Steam Facial is definitely worth talking about.
So what is this product I hear you ask…? So it’s as it says on the label a steam facial that contains a cleansing and nourishing formula that can be used in the bath or shower. This means it’s super easy to use and you get all the benefits of a facial whilst relaxing in the comfort of your very own bath or shower.
This multi-tasking product is infused with Peptides and plant-derived vegan Acacia Collagen Sage, Peptides and Lavender (sounds lovely doesn’t it) and this helps to perfectly cleanse, nourish and plump fine lines.
The luxurious treatment transforms from a gel to an oil and feels amazing! This releases a pleasant warming sensation when massaged onto your face, neck and décolletage to release the heating effect.
You leave it on for a few minutes during shower or bath then rinse to enjoy the firming, plumping and moisturising effects to your skin.
The product comes in a 135ml tube for £18.00 which I would say is a good price for a skincare product of this standard from Pixi.
So how did I find it.
This product is now a firm staple in my bathroom. I generally use it as a cleanser and it’s really great at removing my makeup whilst leaving my face super clean. The smell is not over powering at all and I feel that it’s gentle enough to use it as a makeup remover. You only need the smallest amount as the gel is quite thick to squeeze out of the tube and it heats up but not overly so it’s not unbearable it’s just pleasant.
I definitely prefer to use this in the bath rather than the shower as I find it a lot more relaxing lying down for a couple of minutes whilst the product works it’s magic.
